Vampires live eternally, and are perfect comared to humans and the people in england see this and invent a chip. The chip is called Freak Chip, enhancing our inner dorment vampire and unleashing it turning you into a lesser version of a perfect vampire. The people who are using this form of turning into a vampire are usually causing a reck and destroying / killing people for fun so there is an organization out to kill all demonds, and vampires alike. The Hellsing corp. is run by Integera, who long family started this organization. With the help of Alucard (a perfect true vampire), Walter (another perfect true vampire) and Seras (bitten by Alucard, half but young vampire.) they go out and kill those who want to cause havoc.
